Eligibility & Assessment Criteria for Professional memberships and Certification of recognition.

All memberships, certifications, and recognitions offered by SHEDA are subject to meeting SHEDA’s internal eligibility and assessment criteria ("SHEDA Criteria").

  • Eligibility assessment is conducted prior to acceptance of payment for membership or certification services.
  • Only applicants who meet SHEDA Criteria will be invited or permitted to proceed to payment.
  • Meeting SHEDA Criteria is not guaranteed and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Submission of an enquiry, expression of interest, application, or documentation does not constitute approval or entitlement.
  • SHEDA Criteria are non-negotiable, determined solely by SHEDA, and may be updated from time to time.
  • SHEDA reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or revoke membership or certification where criteria are not met or are later found to be unmet.

Decisions made under SHEDA Criteria are final, subject only to rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through secure third‑party payment providers. SHEDA does not store your full payment card details.

Memberships and certifications are non‑transferable.

5. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated: - Membership fees are non‑refundable once access is granted - Certification assessment fees are non‑refundable after review has commenced

Refunds may be provided at SHEDA’s discretion where required under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Intellectual Property

All Website content, including text, graphics, logos, documents, and branding, is the intellectual property of SHEDA unless otherwise stated.
